Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer 

Dr. Kit Bredimus is the Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas. Dr. Bredimus is a Midland native and has been with Midland Memorial since 2008, where he started as a nurse in the Emergency Department. Dr. Bredimus received his BSN from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2006 and his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2019. Dr. Bredimus presents on the national level through various podium presentations, podcasts, and publications. Dr. Bredimus was featured on the inaugural list of 20 under 40 by Midland Magazine. Nationally, Dr. Bredimus is a 2017 Modern Healthcare’s Rising Star in Nursing Award winner and the 2018 AONL Pamela Austin Thompson Early Careerist Award winner. Dr. Bredimus is an active member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (TONL), Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society, Texas Nurses Association (TNA), American Nurses Association (ANA), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Dr. Bredimus is a Master Certified Values Coach with a focus on transformational leadership and personal empowerment. Dr. Bredimus is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive and holds national board certifications in Nursing Leadership and Management as well as Emergency and Pediatric Emergency Nursing.



Brandi McDonald, MSN, RN, CMSRN, CNML
Director, Clinical Operations
Brandi has been employed with MMH since 2010. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, her Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Doctor of Nursing Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Brandi is a certified Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse and a Certified Nurse Manager Leader. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders, Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders, Permian Basin Organization of Nurse Executives (Founder), Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing


Jessica Tully
Jessica Tully, DNP, RN-BC, CMSRN, CNML
Director, Med/Surg
Jessica has been employed with MMH since January 2005. Jessica earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Masters of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and Associates Degree in Nursing from Howard College. She possesses certifications in Professional Development and as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. She is also a Certified Nurse Manager Leader and Certified in Executive Nursing Practice. Jessica is involved in numerous local and national boards, including Hospice of Midland, Permian Basin Great 25 Nurses, and the Medical Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB). Current memberships include: Texas Nurses Association, Med/Surg Academy, American Nurses Association, Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Organization of Nurse Leaders. 

Michael Hall
Michael Hall, MSN, RN, CNML
Director for the Center for Advancing Professional Excellence

Michael has been employed with MMH since 1998. Michael earned his Associates Degree in Nursing from Odessa College. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso. Michael is a member of the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Michael is a Certified Nurse Manager Leader.

Tonia Wallace

Tonia Wallace, BSN, RNC-MNN
Director, Women's and Children's Services
Tonia has been employed with MMH since 1990. Tonia earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Midland College. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Masters of Science in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University. She is certified in Maternal Newborn Nursing. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Texas Perinatal Association and the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses. 


Chris Bejing
Director, Perioperative Services

Chris has been employed with MMH since August 2016. Chris earned his Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2014. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University in 2007. He is currently a Board-Certified Nurse Executive, a Certified Executive in Nursing Practice, a Certified Nurse Operating Room, and a Certified Surgical Services Manager. Chris currently serves on the Texas State Technical College Advisory Board for their LVN to RN Program. Current memberships include: American Association of PeriOperative Nurses, Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders, and the American Organization of Nurse Leaders.
