Educational Lifestyle Medicine Classes

Educational Classes

The Lifestyle Medicine Center offers weekly educational classes on various topics related to lifestyle medicine, nutrition, chronic disease, food addiction, stress management, and much more. Classes are open to the public and patients of the Lifestyle Medicine Center.

Each class is $5 and online registration is required. Classes are from 6-7 PM in the Midland Memorial West Campus Dining Room, located at 4214 Andrews Highway.

Grocery store tours take place from 7:30-9:00 PM at H-E-B Loop 250. They are also $5 per person.
