As of today, Monday, November 23, 2020, the Midland Memorial Hospital Trauma Service Area has reached seven consecutive days with the number of COVID-19 hospitalized patients over 15% of the total hospital capacity. 
 
Pursuant with Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-32, any business that is currently allowed to operate at 75% must now operate at 50%. 
 
Bars and similar establishments that aren’t restaurants have to close. Bars that applied to the TABC to serve food can remain open at 50%. A business/establishment/activity for which there is no occupancy limit will not be affected. 

This order will go into effect at 12:00 a.m. on November 24, 2020.
