Midland Health Appoints New Vice President, General Counsel

Midland Health appointed Mindy Hamm as Vice President, General Counsel.
Mindy grew up in the small South Texas town of
Refugio. After earning her B.S. from Texas A&M
University, she traveled to West Texas where
she earned her J.D. from the Texas Tech School
of Law. At Texas Tech Law, she met her
husband Jason Hamm.
After graduating from law school, Mindy was
hired by Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson,
where she made partner in the firm’s litigation
section. During the past 14 years, she has
defended clients in contract negotiations,
employment cases, complex civil disputes,
and healthcare related matters, including
representing Midland Memorial Hospital.
Mindy and her husband are the proud parents
to Braden and Delaney, both of whom were
born at MMH. Her family is deeply rooted in
the Midland community and are enjoying raising
their kids in such a family friendly town.
