5th Annual City-wide Wellness Tour

Join us for the fifth annual Wellness Tour, taking place Tuesday, July 30th through Saturday, August 3rd.
This cross-city health and wellness week is produced in part by Midland Health, the City of Midland, Midland College and Midland ISD.
Here is a brief overview of events:
- calories with free workouts at local gyms and studios
- Young Lions Ninja Warrior Obstacle course at Scharbauer Sports Complex for kids ages 5-17
- Blood drive, farmers market, free plant-based food samples and education at Midland Memorial Hospital
- Back-to-school immunizations at the Midland Health Department
- Line dancing exhibition and lessons at the Midland Senior Center, hosted by Senior Life Midland
- Free Health and Wellness clinic at Casa De Amigos
- Family stroller walk and movie night at Dennis the Menace Park
- Wet 'n Wild kids event with Midland Fire Department at C.J. Kelly Park
- Yoga and Mindfulness sessions hosted by Midland ISD
Stress Management Practices: "A mind-body approach" Seminar hosted by Midland College
- Low Cost Pet Vaccination and Microchip Clinic hosted by City of Midland Animal Services
- Discounts at healthy restaurants including Octobers Juice and Smoothie Bar, Popbar Midland
