is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those affected by cancer through activity and building community. The program focuses on nutrition, community, and activities that hope to better and extend the lives of participants.

Yoga |
One hour of gentle and therapeutic sessions, which focus on relief from uncomfortable side effects and extreme fatigue. Yoga provides a physical and mental respite from the stressors of cancer.

YMCA Activities |
Day Passes available to those interested in participating. YMCA memberships limited to those metastatic diseases only. Participates can choose from water aerobics, walking, and yoga.

Nutritional Classes |
In these one-hour lunch-and-learn cooking classes, you will sample and learn the benefits of a plant-based diet and how to prepare these beneficial meals.

Expressions: Your Cancer Journey Through Art |
These programs allow people to express their innermost emotions with various media as they walk through their cancer-related journey. Media includes visual arts, music, writing, photography, etc.
