What should I bring with me to my appointment? You will need your driver's license or picture ID and an insurance card for any insurance you may have. If the doctor has given you an order, bring that with you on the day of the procedure.

What payment is expected at time of services? If you have deductibles, co-pays or other fees, these will be expected at time of service. However if you are unable to pay full amount, please discuss this with us, as payment plans are available. What if I cannot afford a mammogram?
