    On Wednesday, December 9th Midland Health will open a second testing site with financial assistance from the City of Midland. The second site will be located at the City of Midland MLK Center, 2300 Butternut Lane.   The hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday from 12:30 to 4:30pm.     The Midland County Horseshoe Backstage mass vaccination site, 2514 Arena Trail, will close indefinitely on Friday, April 30th at 4:00 pm.     Throughout the week (April 26-30), the site will be open from 12 noon to 4pm daily.  COVID-19 vaccines will be administered during this timeframe to walk-ins or anyone with a scheduled appointment that is 16 years of age or older.     The Midland County Horseshoe Backstage mass vaccination site will take walk-ins on Wednesday, March 17th from 1pm to 4pm.   This will be for both first and second dose administration of the Pfizer vaccine.
