Better U

Many programs exist to address physical health, but they don't address the unique needs of each individual. In addition, there is rarely mention of mental, or spiritual health—vital elements in establishing happiness.

Any sound physician would argue that your physical health suffers if you are neglecting spiritual and mental well-being. So why are these other facets largely ignored?

Midland Health is proud to offer Better U, a unique holistic lifestyle medicine program addressing all three branches of health—physical, mental and spiritual—to fill in the gaps left by ordinary health programs and help community members live their best and happiest lives.
