  • Eat to Beat Cancer

    The Lifestyle Medicine Center is offering a new class, Eat to Beat Cancer, taught by Dr. Padmaja Patel. The class will be based on published research. It will explain how simple lifestyle changes can have profound health benefits when it comes to cancer, based on our understanding of new scientific discoveries. It is not be used as alternative therapy, but to complement conventional cancer treatment and using food as a preventative therapy. This class is $5 and online registration is required.

  • Sibling Class

    Saturday, March 23, 2019 - 9:30 AM
    One hour class on Saturday prepares the big sister or big brother for the new baby’s arrival and includes tour (if rooms are available) and hands-on activities. Cost- $10.00/family. Age recommendation is 2-7 years old.

  • Babycare/Infant CPR (Saturday)

    This two hour class covers the basics of baby care with a hands-on approach to help parents feel comfortable with their newborn. Infant CPR and choking first aid will also be taught and practiced. (This is not a certification course.) Cost- $10.00/family.
