Brandi McDonald, MSN, RN, CMSRN, CNML
Director, Clinical Operations
Brandi has been employed with MMH since 2010. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Brandi is a certified Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse and a Certified Nurse Manager Leader. She is a member of the Academy of Medical/Surgical Nurses, Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.


Brenda Evans, MSN, RN, CCRN, CNML
Director, Critical Care Services
Brenda has been employed with MMH since 1989. She earned both her Master's of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University. She is certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse as well as a Certified Nurse Manager Leader and a certified BLS Instructor. Brenda is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Organization of Nurse Executives, American Nurses Association, Texas Organization of Nurse Executives and the Texas Nurses Association.


Jessica Tully, DNP, RN-BC, CMSRN, CNML
Director, Med/Surg
Jessica has been employed with MMH since January 2005. Jessica earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Masters of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and Associates Degree in Nursing from Howard College. She possesses certifications in Professional Development and as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. She is also a Certified Nurse Manager Leader. Jessica is a member of the Texas Nurses Association and is the District 21 President. Other memberships include: Med/Surg Academy, American Nurses Association, Texas Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.


Kit Bredimus, MSN, RN, CEN, CPEN, CNML
Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer
Dr. Kit Bredimus is a native Midlander and has been with MMH since 2008 where he started as a nurse in the Emergency Department. Dr. Bredimus received his doctorate in executive nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Bredimus is nationally recognized nurse leader through various professional conference presentations, podcasts, and publications. Dr. Bredimus has been honored within MMH as a two-time Transformational Leadership Professional Excellence Award winner. Dr. Bredimus was featured on the inaugural list of 20 under 40 by Midland Magazine. Nationally, he is recognized as a Modern Healthcare’s Rising Star in Nursing Award, AONL Early Careerist Award, AONL Professional Young Voices Award, and a TNA Year of the Nurse Award winner. Dr. Bredimus is a Master Certified Values Coach with a focus on transformational leadership and personal empowerment. Dr. Bredimus is an active member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (TONL), Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society, Texas Nurses Association (TNA), American Nurses Association (ANA), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Dr. Bredimus is a triple board-certified Nurse Executive in addition to board certifications in Nursing Leadership and Management as well as Emergency and Pediatric Emergency Nursing.

 


Michael Hall, MSN, RN, CNML
Director for the Center for Advancing Professional Excellence

Michael has been employed with MMH since 1998. Michael earned his Associates Degree in Nursing from Odessa College. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso. Michael is a member of the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Michael is a Certified Nurse Manager Leader.


Tonia Wallace, BSN, RNC-MNN
Director, Women's and Children's Services
Tonia has been employed with MMH since 1990. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Associates Degree in Nursing from Midland College. She is certified in Maternal Newborn Nursing. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, Texas Perinatal Association and the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses.


Kim Kincaid, BAT-OM, CAP-OM
Executive Assistant, Operations Administration

Kim has been employed with MMH since 2003. She earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science and her Bachelors Degree of Applied Technology in Organizational Management from Midland College. She is a Certified Administrative Professional in Organizational Management. Kim is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals where she is a board member of the Cutting Edge Chapter. Kim is also a member of the Association of Executive and Administrative Professionals.
