The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) IMPACT Committee was
established in 2026. The committee includes representation from the City of Midland,
Midland Health, Midland Independent School District, Midland College and Midland County.
The mission of the IMPACT Committee is to strengthen the health of Midland County and the
individuals we serve by fostering partnerships, promoting education and awareness through
collaborative marketing campaigns, and connecting the community to meaningful health
resources and solutions.
