There are different types of stress, all of which carry physical and mental health risks. Practicing stress management can calm all the systems of the body and help to bring balance to your health and well-being. By learning techniques such as deep breathing, gentle movement, and mindfulness, you will gain the power to heal yourself from within.   Instructing the class are Jessica Smith and Jennifer Whitehead. The class will allow you to identify stress and learn to develop a practical toolkit utilizing techniques such as gentle movement, breath and relaxation.  The class will include a lecture, a practice, and discussion.
