Rachel Longacre joined Midland Health in 2019. She brings her patients 13 years of combined healthcare
experience from Otolaryngology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine. After completing
a Bachelors of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Tyler, she went on to complete her Masters in
Nursing-FNP at Walden University.
Ms. Longacre has many certifications to include Family Nurse Practitioner-C
and being a Registered Nurse.
Ms. Longacre and family call Midland home and enjoy outdoor activities with the family, watching hockey and
physical fitness. Ms Longacre cares for all ages including the pediatric and adult populations. Her interests and
experience include common ear, nose, and throat issues such as recurrent ear infections, hearing loss, tonsil
disease, and cerumen impactions. She also has experience in more complex allergy, sinus, and voice
conditions.
