Sharps Disposal Kiosk Available for Community Use

Midland Memorial Hospital recently installed a sharps disposal kiosk for easy and safe disposal of sharps. Safely disposing of sharps can eliminate the potential for injury or unintended use.   

This is a free service offered to the community with no questions asked. Access to the sharps disposal kiosk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

The kiosk is designed to accept all commonly used sharps.  These include needles, syringes, lancets or fingerstick devices, auto injectors including epinephrine or insulin pens, infusion sets and connection needles/sets.

Please take the steps to safely dispose of your used sharps the right way by looking for the red receptacle inside the Red Emergency Entrance at Midland Memorial Hospital, 400 Rosalind Redfern Grover Parkway.
