    One hour class on Saturday prepares the big sister or big brother for the new baby’s arrival and includes tour and hands-on activities. Cost- $10.00/family. Age recommendation is 2-7 yrs old.

  • Breastfeeding Class (Saturday)

    This 2 hour class is taught by certified lactation nurses and covers the basics of breastfeeding. It will include getting started in the hospital all the way to pumping and storing breast milk. Cost- $10.00/family.

    This two hour class covers the basics of baby care with a hands-on approach to help parents feel comfortable with their newborn. Infant CPR and choking first aid will also be taught and practiced. (This is not a certification course.) Cost- $10.00/family.

    The Lifestyle Medicine Center is now offering weekly educational classes on various topics related to nutrition, chronic disease, grocery store tours, food addiction, stress management, and much more. Classes are open to the public and patients of the Lifestyle Medicine Center. Each class is $5 and online registration is required. Only 20 spots available per class.
