Johnny works with the EMS DSRIP project in which he is able to respond to EMS calls that are “non-urgent” in an attempt to provide them care or facilitate their care and spare the use of the Emergency Room as the source of primary care. Also, Johnny coordinates and directs the Midland Fire Departments Community Health program in which they identify high volume EMS and ER utilizing patients and work to help them become more self-sufficient and responsible for their care. Additional, he will also schedule home visits patients.
