Neurology and Neurosurgery

The Neurosurgery and Neurology department is located on the 8th floor of Midland Memorial Hospital’s Scharbauer Tower. The 24 bed unit specializes in the care of post surgical patients who have undergone brain surgery, spine surgery or are recovering from injury caused by trauma. Therapy is a vital part of the patient’s plan of care and the nursing staff work in conjunction with the therapists to help patients down the road to recovery.
