Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center to be held on April 28

The Texas Facilities Commission, Midland Health and Medical Center Health System would like to invite you to join us as we break ground on the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center. The event will take place on Friday, April 28th at 2pm. We ask everyone to meet in the south parking lot of the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center to be shuttled to the groundbreaking site.
The Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center is a mental health facility located between Midland and Odessa. The Center will provide inpatient and outpatient mental health services to help individuals of all ages overcome their challenges. This exciting moment marks the start of a new chapter in the future of behavioral health in the Permian Basin.
