Being an Explorer at Midland Health is about providing you an insight into healthcare career options so you can make an informed decision about future careers and determine a particular career path is right for you.
Explorers get to experience firsthand what it’s like to work in a healthcare environment. That may be in a Cath Lab, experiencing surgery, learning sanitation processes, seeing the latest techniques in physical therapy, how to obtain someone's vital signs or many more great opportunities.

Explorers will:
Participate in hands-on projects
Learn important leadership skills
Understand the importance of team work in a professional healthcare setting
Work with career professionals

Meetings will be on Sundays from 2-4pm twice a month.
