10 New Cases of COVID-19 Confirmed and Two New COVID-19 Related Deaths

Today, Midland County, the City of Midland and Midland Health confirmed Midland County's 76th and 77th COVID-19 related deaths.

The 76th patient, a female in her 80s with underlying health conditions, was being treated at hospital in Dallas. The patient passed away on September 10, 2020.

The 77th patient, a female in her 80s with underlying health conditions, was being treated at nursing home in Dallas. The patient passed away on September 11, 2020.

The City of Midland Health Department is currently conducting their investigation on 10 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Midland County for September 11, 2020, bringing the overall case count to 3441. There are 811 isolated cases, 1970 recovered, 408 under investigation, 175 unable to locate/refused and 77 COVID-19 related deaths in Midland County. Today’s new cases are reflective of lab results from September 10, 2020.

The City of Midland Health Department will continue to monitor the individuals in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
