One New COVID-19 Related Death and 17 New Cases of COVID-19 in Midland County

The 52nd patient, a male in his 70s with underlying health conditions, was being treated at Medical Center Hospital. The patient passed away on July 31, 2020.


The City of Midland Health Department is currently conducting their investigation on 17 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Midland County for August 13, 2020, bringing the overall case count to 2846. There are 919 isolated cases, 1360 recovered, 370 under investigation, 145 unable to locate/refused and 52 COVID-19 related deaths in Midland County. Today’s new cases are reflective of lab results from August 12-13, 2020.

 

The City of Midland Health Department will continue to monitor the individuals in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
