Four new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Midland

The City of Midland Health Department is currently conducting their investigation on four new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Midland County, bringing the overall case count to 120. 

The 117th confirmed case is a female in her 20s who was tested by the Midland Health. The female is currently self-isolating at home. The source of exposure is contact to known case. 

The 118th confirmed case is a male in his 70s who was tested by Covenant Hospital in Lubbock. The male is currently self-isolating at home. The source of exposure is contact to known case. 

The 119th confirmed case is a female in her 60s who was tested by Midland Health. The female is currently self-isolating at home. The source of exposure is travel within the United States. 

The 120th confirmed case is a male in his 60s who was tested by a private provider. The male is currently self-isolating at home. The source of exposure is travel within the United States. 

The City of Midland Health Department will continue to monitor the individuals in accordance with the CDC.
