Posted On: 11/4/2021
Midland Health and Community Children's Clinic will be offering a COVID-19 vaccine clinic to those between the age of 5 to 11 at the Community Children's Clinic, located at 1101 E Front Street.

The clinic will be held on Monday afternoons and appointments are required. The recently-approved pediatric dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be available only for those between the ages of 5 to 11. Appointments can be made on the Midland Health Website (midlandhealth.org/schedulemyvaccine) or by calling 432-221-4VAX (4829).

A parent/guardian must accompany the child to the appointment. In addition, bring the completed registration and pre-screening forms to your appointment. These forms along with the fact sheet (required reading) can be found at midlandhealth.org/schedulemyvaccine.

Weekly vaccination clinics will continue to be held at the F. Marie Hall Outpatient Center for individuals seeking a COVID-10 vaccine that are 12 years of age and older. Go to midlandhealth.org/schedulemyvaccine or call 432-221-4829 for scheduling information.

A special thanks to Midland County, the City of Midland and the Community Children's Clinic for assistance with this clinic.
