Parents of babies born at Midland Memorial Hospital's Family Birth Center may choose to have electronic images of their newborn infant posted to the "Web Nursery" section of the Site. Midland Memorial Hospital maintains a business partnership with Mom 365 for the photo service on the Site. Information other than that authorized for release to the Site is not shared except as required by applicable laws and regulations and when legally required to do so.
Users who choose to access the e-mail announcement and electronic baby book features of the Web Nursery section will go to a portion of mom365.com maintained by a party other than Midland Memorial Hospital or its Web services provider. Neither Midland Memorial Hospital nor its Web services provider receive any personal information about you or your messages from mom365.com.
We will respond to any subpoena received from a government agency without prior notice to users. Unless prohibited by law or by a valid court order, we will notify you of any subpoena received from any other party (i.e. for civil litigation) which requires us to disclose your identity and will wait 14 days or a lesser amount of time as required by the deadline in the subpoena, before providing the information requested by the subpoena.
